Access Report

All of TRIRIGA's accesses are maintained by manager records called security groups. Each security group will be configured for a specific type of profile that can be applied to the users.

This is straight forward when it comes to applying these access profiles. But in cases where there are 100s of groups and the accesses need to be audited, it becomes very difficult to go through each group and then each object and scrutinize the level of access for each object.

The access report generates each access level that a group has for every object in TRIRIGA - as raw data first, gets populated into an excel, runs a macro and then we finally get the results in a readable, tabular form.

Kush↗ was the brains behind this. Helped with the SQL to get the raw data and also the macro to make it readable.

This was the first version of this tool. We then added customizations on top of this like considering navigation overrides and exporting this data for one specific group.

Definitely useful for large TRIRIGA customers, to manage and audit security groups.
