Long break into the new year. Catching up on December tech issues like the Honey affiliation scam and the itch.io security circus.

Made a [CLI version] of the Pokéfacts API, [GitIngest] but in a [python script], and [Wikimark] that converts Wikipedia articles to markdown (WIP though).

[Repositree] generates a file tree for your Git repo. Always had to do it using Cursor earlier but no more AI dependency for that.

I usually struggle when it comes to finding the right icon for an app. Made [Icon Lab '78] to make a custom icon by myself. Plus, making the icon yourself is satisfying.

Built [textmarky]. I am starting to like the all lower-case look.

Looking for new ideas..

Obsidian plugin [CardBoard] has replaced my personal kanban board app. There can be many Obsidians but only one Obsidian community.

Wouldn't it be fun if you get a [receipt] for your running activity that you can share on your socials?

There's a Top Developer Projects Showcase for Show HN, apparently. [DevExchange] AND [txt2json] got double featured sometime last week.

Completed all the challenges on Advent of Code 2024 as of today. Using Python and learning as I go.

[Done] with the alternative for [DevUtils.app]. Might try my hand at [Advent of Code 2024].

[DevUtils.app] has a lot of paywalled features. Building a self-hosted alternative.

A feed of your thoughts - each less that 200 characters. It's like OG Twitter but lonely.
